STET signed the StOpE initiative
On January 25, 2024, along with Mrs. Aurore Bergé, Delegated Minister to the Prime Minister for Gender Equality and the Fight against Discrimination, STET’s CEO, Régis Folbaum, and Sandrine Blacque-Monteiro, Human Resources Director, signed the StOpE initiative, proving STET's commitment to fighting ordinary sexism and ensuring for all employees a safe working environment based on equality, dignity and respect, because we strongly believe that greater inclusion enhances improved collective performance.
Established in 2018, the StOpE initiative gathers 270 collective signatory organizations from both private and public sector, with an additional 72 joining in 2024. Its aims at mutualizing efforts in the fight against ordinary sexism at work and disseminate actions and best practices on this matter. StOpE is an initiative committed to instigating change and amplifying its impact on organizational culture.
STET, like all StOpE signatory organizations, is therefore committed to deploying the priority actions defined in the #StOpE commitment document:
DISPLAY and APPLY the principle of zero tolerance for sexist behaviors
INFORM to raise awareness about sexist behaviors (acts, statements, attitudes) and their impacts
TRAIN its employees on obligations and best practices to fight against ordinary sexism
DISSEMINATE educational tools to employees to address sexist behaviors / actions in the workplace
ENCOURAGE all employees to contribute, prevent, identify sexist behaviors, and react to ordinary sexism
PREVENT sexist behaviors and provide personalized support to victims, witnesses, and decision-makers in reporting and addressing them
SANCTION reprehensible behaviors and communicate associated sanctions
MEASURE and implement tracking indicators.
